Stillwater Spa, a luxury wellness retreat in Toronto’s Yorkville neighbourhood, offers personalized treatments and amenities. After a series of multi-million dollar renovations, the hotel took the opportunity to refresh the existing Stillwater Spa brand and experience. The hotel and property management teams aimed to position the spa as a wellness sanctuary, offering clientele curated moments of calm while surrounded by the sounds of a bustling city.

The goal was to transform the spa into a haven of tranquillity where clients could experience moments of calm tailored to their preferences. The new brand identity captures the essence of the serene, early morning waters through dynamic watercolour brush strokes that symbolize the spa’s ever-evolving nature. The comprehensive brand refresh encompasses an evolved identity and detailed brand guidelines that include a soothing colour palette, refined typography and detailed instructions on identity usage. These elements work harmoniously to forge a holistic brand experience across all spa touchpoints, from in-house collateral to digital interactions.

This strategic brand overhaul elevates the guest experience and reinforces Stillwater Spa’s reputation as a top-tier wellness destination in Toronto.
