Sharing a sense of community pride

Located just north of Toronto, the Town of Newmarket is an emerging urban development hub that maintains a charming small-town atmosphere while offering the extensive amenities typically found in larger cities. The town’s strategic campaign, “Live, Work and Play,” aimed to promote and highlight the town’s economic growth and opportunities.

The core of the campaign was to depict the convergence of diverse community elements, illustrating the intersection of living, working and playing in Newmarket. Through strong visuals and messaging, the campaign authentically showcased the town’s residents and their experiences, reinforcing Newmarket’s image as an ideal place for economic and personal growth within the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area (GTHA).

The “Live, Work, and Play” campaign guided the visual and messaging approach of the town’s community report, showcasing the many benefits Newmarket offers its residents. This strategic initiative not only strengthened the sense of community among residents but also set a benchmark for future marketing efforts. It highlighted the effective combination of strategic messaging and cohesive visual storytelling in community development.
